I started out behind the bar at 18, where I quickly learned that knowing how to pour a perfect pint was just the tip of the iceberg. Since then, I’ve worked every role you can think of in hospitality, from waiting tables, managing venues to running marketing and events for some of the most chaotic (but brilliant) nightclubs and live music venues.
